2024 EIP Award Winner

The 2024 Esri Innovation Prize has been awarded to : Femi Olamijulo, Mengyao Li, Monserrat Ocaña, Nicole Cacozza, and Zoe Iacovino for their entry “Everett Express: Transitioning a 95-acre industrial city parcel to mixed-use development in Everett, Massachusetts.” Judges comments: “A project performed with a professional level of quality from start to finish. In-person event for the Student Affiliates

STGA at Harvard hosted an in-person event for the Student Affiliates on March 28th. During the event, the Student Affiliates received their Participation Certificates. David Chen, a senior student affiliate, delivered an outstanding presentation based on his fieldwork last summer in China titled "Facing Death," with Prof. Arthur Kleinman leading the session and subsequent discussion. Professors Habbal and Chen joined the event.

If you've ever had the chance to work with Kate, you'd know she's a truly exceptional mentor. And now, it's official. Kate has won the 2024 Everett I. Mendelsohn Excellence in Mentoring Award!

What is this award? Well, this award is a big deal because it's all about recognizing outstanding mentors like Kate. Every year, students nominate faculty members who go above and beyond to support them.
